KARAOKE

Every day I hear the Khmer KARAOKE as studying Khmer. In Cambodia, they use the word "KARAOKE". Also Japan there is the same word "KARAOKE". Do you know "KARAOKE" is Japanese language? From Japanese-Japanese dictionary(広辞苑), “KARAOKE” means "no song", or "only back-music". In Japanese, “KARA” is “nothing”, and “OKE” is "orchestra". You can say one Japanese word.

In Cambodia it's very popular. And I watched the KARAOKE channel of TV in Cambodia every day.
