A round library. The lower floor houses offices and the upper floor the library. First floor of the library connects with the pedestrian bridge.

The library is arranged on the left of the main approach.

The deeply cut structure in rough concrete functions as a brise soleil to reduce direct sunlight. Rainwater flowing through the gargoyle falls down to the water garden.
